Break the Cycle is our new project within SOS Domestic Abuse Projects promoting healthy relationships in Southend-on-Sea. Funded by the Big Lottery: Reaching Communities Fund, Break the Cycle aims to help children and young people understand the importance of healthy relationships.

We recently visited Chase High School; our team had a great day running more healthy relationship workshops with pupils. Chase have booked us in to run more sessions in the new school term – we can’t wait!
